Cookies on rentalmind.ai

Outside services this site loads

Rewardful, for referrals. It loads on every page. If you arrive through a partner’s or customer’s referral link, it saves a cookie so that person gets credit if you sign up.

Calendly, for booking a demo. The booking calendar on the homepage loads as you scroll down to it, and Calendly may set its own cookies when it does.

Vercel Web Analytics, for page views. It counts which pages get visited, where visitors came from, and what kind of device and country they’re in. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you, and we only ever see the totals.

Meta, for our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Meta pixel loads on every page. It tells Meta which pages you visited and whether you booked a demo or clicked through to sign up, so we can show RentalMind ads to people who’ve already been here and see which ads work. Meta sets its own cookies to do this. You can change which ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

What we keep in your browser

If you land here from a link with a referral code or campaign tags (like utm_source), we hold onto them for that visit only, so we know where you came from if you sign up for updates. They’re cleared when you close the tab.

A couple of invite pages also remember that you checked their terms box, so you don’t have to check it again.

When you fill out a form

What you type into our “stay in the loop” form goes to Klaviyo, the service we use to send email updates. You can unsubscribe from any email.

What we don’t use

Other than the Meta pixel above, no advertising pixels and no analytics cookies. Our page-view counts are cookieless. If that changes, this page changes first.

Turning cookies off

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. The homepage demo calendar needs Calendly.
