It works alongside their booking software, so calendars, rates, and reservations stay right where they are.

Your property manager would love your help with a few details only you know, like where the water shutoff is, how the hot tub works, or which plumber has been out before.
Add them once, right on your home’s page, and the whole team works from the same answers from then on. No more forms or spreadsheets going back and forth!

What am I being asked to do?
Just fill in the sections your property manager shared with you. They picked which ones, so if anything’s unclear, they’re your best bet.
Is my information safe?
Each management company’s information is kept completely separate, and sensitive details like owner bank information are encrypted. The built-in AI assistant only works from your property manager’s own documentation, and financial details are kept out of its search. Two-factor login is available on your account too.
